Q: Can I get a duplicate booking confirmation email?

A: If you have lost your Confirmation Email:

Please visit the 'My Account' section of this website (My Account). Once you have logged in, open your booking by clicking on the reference number and follow the steps.

If you have not received a confirmation email from us:

There could be 2 reasons for this.
1) The email address provided at time of booking was not correct.

2) Your internet service provider does not accept emails from directferries.com (though this is very unlikely).

Please call us on and we will be able to retrieve your booking and resend to you.
