Q: Can i cancel my booking?

A: If you have purchased a ticket type that allows this and your request is days prior to sailing then yes.

If your ticket type does not permit, then as specified at time of booking, your ticket is non-refundable.

In all cases, terms and conditions apply.
Q: Can I cancel the return leg of my crossing?

A: This may be possible depending on the route and operator that you have booked with however once you have used the outbound leg of your booking, the return is non-refundable.
Q: What are the penalties for cancelling my booking?

A: If the ticket type allows for refunds/cancellations then you will receive a full refund of the cost of the ferry ticket.

Please note, payment card charges and any ancilliary products purchased are non refundable.

Q: Can I cancel my booking online?

A: If your booking can be cancelled then yes this is possible.

Q: How close to departure can I cancel my booking?

A: If ticket type allows, then you may cancel up to days prior to departure (for return crossings, up to at least days prior to first sailing date.
Q: What options do i have if my booking is non refundable?

A: If your booking is non-refundable then the best option is to try to amend the dates to another time so that you may use the ticket again in the future.
Q: What happens if my ferry is cancelled?

A: The ferry company usually provide a viable alternative that you are open to accept or decline.

If you decline the alternative then you will be refunded your ticket in full.
